Spiritual death - How to get saved

Mohan was manuring the flowerpots at home and realized that one of the rose plants was dried up…. He carefully plucked all the dead leaves and watered it continuously for two days – Saturday and Sunday.  Monday morning, today ,while he was coming to office he just checked the rose plant once. It was obvious that the plant regained its strength from the week-end watering and new leaves have blossomed. And the person was pretty sure that roses will come up soon.

During meditation also found that at times in our own lives, we lose the manure of spirituality in our lives.  But God in all his grace and love nurtures us with his manure – God’s word and HIS voice and the more strength we receive from him, the more our life blossoms and in return gives yield to beautiful / colorful flowers .

Lord, we are dying spiritually in our busy daily lives. Please help us understand that YOU are the strength giver and the way you love us is always UNCONDITIONAL.
